Afters

Afters is the first new collection by David Beaudouin in more than 25 years. In this sequence of loose sonnets, the poet wraps himself in the fluttering psyches of certain writers and artists he admires, evoking the spirit of each in shadow and light. In short, they are love poems.

This fine-art edition of just 60 copies was printed in 2024 from hand-set Kennerley types on cotton paper, then hand-sewn and bound in green wrappers. Each copy is numbered and signed by the poet
